Return Policy

We trust you. 
We are confident in our games and products but if you truly don’t resonate with Wizards & Relics we will give you your money back. 

Our return policy lasts 77 days from purchase. If you really truly hate Wizards & Relics or are unsatisfied with your purchase we will give you your money back if it is within 77 days of purchase! We just ask that you explain your frustration or unmet expectations! Email us at 12eternalrealms@gmail.com with your order number, date of purchase and reasons. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through your original method of payment, within 10 days. If it has been more than 10 days since requesting a refund and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 12eternalrealms@gmail.com.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Please send us an email at 12eternalrealms@gmail.com with your order number, date of purchase and a photo of the damage and send your item to: PO BOX 3145 Willmar, MN 56201. We will reimburse your shipping cost once the item is received!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
